What a Finish in Ann Arbor and Hoosiers Better get Ready

On October 17th MSU played UM (Michigan) in Ann Arbor. Going into the game Michigan has shut out the last three opponents they have played. This means that Michigan has not let up a point in the past three games. In the first quarter no one scored. In the second though Michigan State scored a TD and Michigan scored a TD and a field goal. Going into the half UM was up 10-7. In the third the second quarter repeated. MSU plus 7 and UM plus 10. So the score going into the fourth quarter is 20-14. In the fourth MSU scored a TD and UM scored a field goal. Now the score is 23-21 UM. Then on the last play of the game UM was punting and the kicker fumbled it then  Jalen Watts-Jackson grabbed the ball and ran if for a TD. There was no clock left and this was sealing the deal for the win. This was the first time MSU led and it was there "last" since the game was over. The only bad thing is the Jalen broke his hip when he was tackled so he had to go to surgery at once. He is okay and on the way to feeling better. Now looking forward to October 24th MSU is playing Indiana who is 4-3. Their quarter back and running back were both injured last week. They will play but it could affect them. In genreal this game should be an easy pezy win for the SPARTANS!
To conclude my quote of the week is:
"I am Spartan!"

Rutgers Spartans Win, Ann Arbor here The Spartans Come

Looking back at October 10th Michigan State went to New Jersey to play Rutgers. This is MSU's second road game and first road conference game. To open up the game there was one score in the first quarter. The Spartans scored making the game seven to zero. In the second quarter MSU lost the lead since they only scored a field while Rutger's scored two TD's. Leading into the half the Rutgers were winning 14-10. In the third MSU answered back with two TD's while only allowing one touchdown in return. Looking ahead in the fourth MSU was winning 24-21. Finally at the game Rutgers tied it up but MSU prevailed and scored a TD. The final score was 31-24. Now on October 17th MSU will be playing Michigan in Ann Arbor Michigan. This is one of the biggest games for MSU this year since it is and away game. This game will be the 108th meeting between the two. MSU is on a streak with three wins against Michigan. Surprisingly Michigan has the biggest win at 119 to 0. This game was played in 1902. Hopefully MSU wins the game (spoilers what a finish the game was). And to conclude my quote of the week is:
"Go ahead, make my day by Winning."

Purdue a Scare and Rutgers for Sure

On October third, MSU played their first conference game against Purdue. Purdue is a school in West La Fayette, Indiana. This game was played in East Lancing, Michigan. In the first quarter, with 7'11'' left in the quarter, MSU's LJ Scott scores a 18yd. touchdown which brings the score 14-0. Prior to this, Scott already had a 1yd TD. This wraps up the first quarter and now we move into the second quarter. Here, there was only one score and it belonged to the Spartans. Connor Cook (MSU QB) threw a quick shovel pass to RJ Sheldon (Wideout) for the 23yd score. Going into half time, the Spartans were up 21-0. Going into the Second half and the third quarter there was a still one score but this time it belonged to Purdue with a 2yd TD pass. With that extra point, it made the score  21-7 going into the fourth quarter. Not even a minute into the fourth, Purdue manages to score and makes the game a one possession game with the score at 21-14 MSU. Later, in the fourth the Spartans took a field goal to make it a ten point game at 24-14. Purdue wasn't done. They ended up scoring and making the game 24-21 Spartans. Luckily the Spartans held on and won the game making them 5-0 (1-0) in the season and 1-0 in conference. Now, looking into this weeks game coming up on October 10th, the Spartans are playing Rutgers. Rutgers is also in the Big Ten. The college is located in New Jersey. Rutgers is 2-2 and 0-1 in this conference. They are not the best team yet not the worst. They have not played anyone big this season but they will on Saturday.
Finally my quote of the week is:
Spartans phone in a Win.

First Confrence Game this Season Prediction

Going back on last weeks game the Spartans came away with a victory. Going into the first quarter there was three attempts to score from both teams combined and the Spartans were the ones that scored. Central Michigan attempted two field goals and both were blocked by the MSU defensive line. Demitrius Copper and Shilique Calhoun were credited with the two blocks. After the first block MSU's runningback London scored a TD and the score was 7-zip MSU. Going into the second though MSU opened it up with a field goal to make it a 10 point game. Then Central Michigan scored a touchdown in response. Going into the half the score was 10 to 7 Spartans. The only score in the third quarter was a field goal surprisingly made by Central Michigan. This would be their last score and MSU would pull ahead in the fourth. In the fourth another back for the Spartans Holmes scored a pair of TDs in the fourth one of the extra points was blocked. The final score of the game was 30-10 with the Spartans winning. This make them 4-0. Looking forward to the game on the 3rd of October Michigan State is playing their 100th homecoming and are playing their first confrence game this season. This game is at home for the Spartans. They will be playing the Purdue Boilermakers. Knowing that MSU will win it will make them 5-0. This game will also make them top in the division for their conference at the time. What this means is that MSU's conference is the Big 10. It has 14 teams, and is split into two divisions, east and west. The only big competition MSU has is Michigan and Ohio State for a couple reasons. One is that MSU plays both away not at home. The other is that OSU is ranked number one in the nation at the moment. All I have to say is that if MSU stays undefeated or only loses to OSU they will make the playoffs no doubt.
Finally all I need to say is, Spartans. Michigan State Spartans.
